Departmental eBusiness user access management audit

Every three months the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) will provide registered organisations with an updated list of active eBusiness users. Organisations must review and confirm whether each active eBusiness user account is required or needs to be deactivated.

The eBusiness Access Agreement for Organisations Agreement requires the appointment of an organisation authority who is responsible for keeping eBusiness access permissions up to date and ensuring that only authorised users have continued access. Details of the user access management procedures and requirements have been communicated to the relevant organisational contacts and the next user access review needs to be met by 9 September 2022.
