2026 Victorian Protecting Children Awards – nominate today!
Nominations are open until 9 April.
There is still time to get your nominations in to recognise the people and teams who show excellence in working with children, young people and families.
The Victorian Protecting Children Awards (VPCA) have been running for 23 years. They celebrate the Victorian child and family services sector and community.
Service Agreement Module (SAM) user access review to commence
Funded organisations will soon be asked to review their users of the Service Agreement Module (SAM). Only staff with a need to access SAM in their current role should have access.
SAM is accessed through My Agency using eBusiness credentials and is used by organisations to manage service agreements, track funding and submit compliance data. User access to SAM is managed by organisations’ Access Controllers, who assign and remove access and ensure users have the correct level of access to perform their role.
CRIS and CRISSP audit program
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) has this month commenced the next CRIS and CRISSP User Access Audit of funded organisations.
This follows recommendations from the Victorian Ombudsman in May 2020 requesting the department implements a procedure to periodically check the currency of user lists for CRISSP.
