COVID-19 family finding service launched
Victoria is expecting an increase in the numbers of patients that require hospitalisation due to COVID-19 as restrictions are eased over the coming months.
When this occurs for single parent families, or families where both parents require hospitalisation, there is often no-one available to care for their children – noting these children are almost always COVID-19 positive or suspected COVID-19 positive (SCOVID).

No to Violence (NTV) have developed a web series to build sector familiarity prior to MARAM training on the Adult Person Using Family Violence practice guide responsibilities, which will be launched by Family Safety Victoria in late 2022.

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), together with Victoria's Anti-Racism Taskforce are developing Victoria's first ever Anti-Racism Strategy, due to be released in mid-2022.
