  • Service Delivery Tracking (SDT)

SDT supports organisations in managing their progress towards meeting agreed targets, and assists the department to manage its reporting commitments. An online SDT tool is available to make it easy for organisations to account for monthly service delivery against service agreement targets.

Visit the SDT page for more information about SDT, including how to access and use the SDT tool.

  • Health data standards and systems in Victorian hospitals (HDSS)

DFFH provides standards, specifications and data quality processes for a range of health data collections.

  • Agency Information Management System (AIMS)

DFFH uses AIMS to collect summarised financial and statistical data from Victorian hospitals.

  • Community health data reporting

Each quarter, Victorian community health providers must report on their funded services to DFFH. These data submissions are sent via the Community Health Minimum Data Set (CHMDS).

  • Disability Services quarterly data collection and reporting

The Quarterly Data Collection (QDC) Information System streamlines reporting requirements by combining various data collection processes into a single system.

How do I access the QDC Information System?

To access the QDC Information System, email the QDC Helpdesk at QDChelp@dffh.vic.gov.au and request the QDC tool installation file. You will also be sent the installation guide and user manual.
