The graduate program offers participating organisations:
- $8,000 of funding per graduate to support their development
- participation in a professional graduate program to build the work readiness of your staff
- motivated and qualified graduates excited to make an impact.
Organisations can either:
- hire a new graduate by putting forward positions appropriate for a new graduate, or
- nominate an existing employee who meets the program criteria.
Key dates:
- Friday 20 June 2025 – last day to submit vacant positions for round 3.
There is some flexibility regarding this date. Please reach out to the team to discuss if your role will need additional time. - Friday 25 July 2025 – last day to nominate an employee who meets the eligibility criteria for round 3.
- August 2025 – program commencement.
- September 2025 – July 2026 – learning and development.
- August 2026 – program completion.
