This upgrade will connect the Client Relationship Information System (CRIS) and Client Relationship Information System for Service Providers (CRISSP) with the Enterprise Payment Platform (EPP). This will automate payments to carers, once all approvals and information is in place. This will improve the speed of payments to carers while also reducing errors and manual tasks.
The changes will be effective from Saturday 28 June 2025.
Automation of payment processing
Most payment data will now flow automatically between CRIS/SP and EPP, except for Local Adoption placements, which will still be handled manually.
The calculation and generation of carer payments will also be automated.
