The team will start conducting onsite face to face audits, with a focused risk based approach, when selecting residential care units and foster care offices. While onsite, the C&Q team will conduct environmental scans of the property and all associated documentation, talk with staff and young people (where appropriate) and review client file information.

The Compliance and Quality Audit team (C&Q) within the Quality, Safety & Experience Branch will be re-commencing performance audits for all Care Services (Residential Care and Foster Care) from February 2023.
