Best Practice Supervision – videos and discussion guides now available

Supervision is an important part of working in the family violence, sexual assault and child wellbeing sectors. It helps every employee get the knowledge and confidence they need to deliver quality services to clients.

As a result, the Victorian Government has launched the Best Practice Supervision Guidelines.

To further help organisations use the Best Practice Supervision Guidelines in their practice and policies, a series of videos and discussion guides are now available.

These can be used during individual, group or peer supervision sessions, as well as staff inductions, policy development meetings and supervision training.
