Commencing 5pm Wednesday 5 June, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing will begin security upgrades to its eBusiness and My Agency log in process.
Users logging into their eBusiness accounts will be asked to complete the current username and password screen and then be asked to repeat the process using their same credentials in a new screen (shown in image below).
This is a temporary process and once the upgrade is complete users will only need to log-in via the new screen when accessing My Agency through eBusiness.
