Compliance with the CS Code is a condition of Victorian government funding. Organisations within scope of the CS code are required to comply with the code and inform the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (the department) of any adverse ruling or enforceable undertaking made against the organisation under employment, industrial relations or workplace health and safety legislation. The department recently wrote to organisations in scope of the CS code.
