The new Compliance Dashboard page will enable Child Protection CRIS users who are allocated cases to view the compliance status for specific case data, activities, and tasks in a streamlined workspace.
The initiatives come following a report released by the Victorian Auditor General's Office (VAGO) in September 2022 on the ‘Quality of Child Protection Data.’ In response to this report, the Department committed to ten digital initiatives to improve the functionality of ICCMS.
The initiatives aim to create workflow efficiencies and improve data integrity. The remaining initiatives will be progressively delivered over the next eighteen months.
To support the release of these initiatives, two online training sessions will be held for Child Protection contracted organisations, leaders and managers who use CRIS. The links to this training are below. These training sessions will be in addition to the support materials, which include training videos, CRIS user guides, and updates to the Child Protection Manual.
