The Carer Networks will pilot up to 20 networks across Victoria over two years. Six networks are to be designed and delivered by Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
Separate Advertised Call for Funding Submissions (CFS) for each of the Department’s four operational divisions (North, South, East and West) were published on 1 December 2025 on the Buying for Victoria portal. Submissions close on 13 February 2026 at 2:00pm AEDT.
Carer Networks seek to enhance connection and support for carers and the children and young people in their care by creating carer-led micro-communities and trusted relationships between Carer Network members and their families.

An information session is scheduled for Wednesday 10 December at 11:00am. RSVPs are essential and nominations to attend must be in writing via email submissions@dffh.vic.gov.au by no later than Monday 8 December at 4.00pm.
