2026-27 Indexation for funded organisations

The Victorian Government applies a floating indexation rate for Community Services Organisations (CSOs), with the formula based on Fair Work minimum wage obligations (80%) and the Consumer Price Index provided in the State Budget Papers (20%).

Following the Fair Work Commission’s minimum wage decision, the CSO indexation rate for 2026-27 will be 4.5%. 

Departments will undertake the budgetary planning required to facilitate indexation payments in consultation with DTF, with payments to commence as soon as possible in the 2026-27 financial year.
