- Staff who use the L17 Family Violence Portal.
When will this happen?
The move to AppConnect will start in May 2026 and roll out in stages over time.
What you need to know
April 2026
- You will see a new “Login with Microsoft” button on the login page.
- Do not use this button yet. It is only for testing with a small group.
From May 2026
- You will be told when to start using the new login.
- You will get a Microsoft account sent to your email.
- You will need to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your phone to log in.
During the change
Some users may need to use both systems for a while:
- e-Business
- AppConnect
