Service Agreement Module (SAM) user access review to commence

SAM user review
Funded organisations will soon be asked to review their users of the Service Agreement Module (SAM). Only staff with a need to access SAM in their current role should have access.

SAM is accessed through My Agency using eBusiness credentials and is used by organisations to manage service agreements, track funding and submit compliance data. User access to SAM is managed by organisations’ Access Controllers, who assign and remove access and ensure users have the correct level of access to perform their role.

Access Controllers should refer to Managing contacts in the Service Agreement Module (SAM) for further information on how to manage their organisation’s contacts, as well as the ‘User details Organisation report’ on My Agency, which will assist in performing the review.

Organisations should ensure that Access Controller details are up to date ahead of the review. For advice and assistance contact fac@dffh.vic.gov.au.
