Service Delivery Tracking Bulk Upload function released

On 26 September 2025 Service Delivery Tracking (SDT) Bulk Upload functionality was released on My Agency and is available to Service Agreement Module (SAM) users with performance access.

The SDT bulk upload function enables organisations to download The SAM11 - Service Delivery Tracking Bulk Upload Template which is available under the Service Delivery Tracking reports page in My Agency and then import responses directly into the acquittal screen.

There are no changes to the manual SDT acquittal process.
