CRIS and CRISSP training

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is offering free training to funding organisations on how to use CRIS and CRISSP.

Funded organisations who use CRIS or CRISSP will learn how to:

  • navigate the system
  • build skills and knowledge on how to record client information
  • manage case files

Training starts from 9 October 2024 and runs until 20 December 2024.

The training is important as it will help funded organisations to share and manage information, support clients, and deliver child protection services across Victoria.

Please note that the training sessions are only available to authorised CRIS/SP users.

For more information and to book a session, visit Trybooking.com

  • Youth justice and youth services

CRISSP Youth training provides a comprehensive understanding of how to use CRISSP for workers in Youth Justice and Youth Services programs including Youth Justice Community Support Service, Youth Justice Group Conferencing, Finding Solutions and Adolescent Support.

    Course dates

Due to developments with COVID, all face-to-face training has been suspended until further notice.  If you require any CRISSP youth training or support, please email your request to crissp.training@dffh.vic.gov.au to explore alternative options (e.g. ad hoc virtual training, support or walkthroughs that best meets needs).
