The indexation rate for community services funded by the Victorian government (CSO rate) is based on Fair Work minimum wage obligations (80%) and Consumer Price Index provided in the State Budget Papers (20%).
The CSO indexation rate for 2026-27 is 4.5%.
Indexation for organisations funded by Department of Health and Department of Education, but not covered under the CSO indexation rate, will also be applied during September 2026.
