CRIS/SP OFF-LINE between 5pm Friday 24 November to 5am 27 November

Last month the Funded Agency Channel announced the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing’s (the department) Client Relationship Information System for Service Providers (CRISPP) was to receive a technical update.

To complete the migration, CRISSP will be offline from 5pm Friday 24 November until 5am 27 November 2023.

Users are advised to implement contingency arrangements prior to this time to ensure necessary client information is recorded prior to this planned outage.

This update is scheduled for 27 November 2023 and will result in some minor changes to the login sequence and general look and feel , due to the system migrating to updated software.
