For funded organisation members to contact to gain access to My Agency (the secured area of the Funded Agency Channel website) and receive assistance with navigating My Agency and completing the service agreement requirements contact fac@dffh.vic.gov.au

If you have forgotten your eBusiness password or username (required to access My Agency) call the eBusiness Support Service (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday) on 1300 799 470 (toll free). Select option 1 (for assistance with eBusiness), then select option 4 (for assistance with an eBusiness password or to contact eBusiness support). You may also email eBiz@support.vic.gov.au
For all other Funded Agency Channel or My Agency enquiries (not relating to your username, password or how to access the eBusiness portal), you can contact the Funded Agency Channel on 1300 799 470 (toll free). Select support option 1 (for assistance with eBusiness), then select option 5 (for Funded Agency Channel).
From 1 January 2025 the Funded Agency Channel phone line will be discontinued. All enquiries from this date forward are to be emailed to fac@dffh.vic.gov.au
