Updates to the acquittal tab in SAM
Service Delivery Tracking (SDT) rows now aggregate targets by Area as well as Division, Activity and Performance Measure. Users may see more rows to acquit against but will no longer need to use the comment section to specify the area of service delivery.
Users will also see two new screen sections showing the commitment and sub-activity information for the highlighted SDT row. Users will now see which commitments are aggregated into the target amount with detail including the event description, sub-activity name and the associated units.
Updates to alleviate the impacts of these changes on organisations are planned for release early in 2025-26. The department is researching a bulk upload function to allow organisations to export their acquittal screen in a csv file, complete it and then reimport for submission.
