eBusiness Portal redirect notice

The access link (URL) for the eBusiness portal will change for all users on 18 July at 6:00pm.

This update will affect all non-departmental users external resources that access Department of Health, and Department of Families, Fairness and Housing applications via eBusiness over the Internet.

The new link to access the eBusiness Portal from 6:00pm on 18 July is https://eus.webapp.dhs.vic.gov.au/EUSPortal/

What you or your staff need to do:

  • If you are a user of the eBusiness Portal and have saved a short-cut or link in your web browser, desktop, or taskbar, it will need to be deleted.
  • You should save the new eBusiness URL link as your favorite to replace the old URL link.
  • If you are using the eBusiness Portal after 6:00pm on 18 July, use the new URL link.

However, if you have saved a link to the previous URL and continue to use this when opening the eBusiness portal after 6:00pm on 18 July, you will receive a reminder to update your bookmark, before being redirected to the new URL after five seconds.
