Updated guidance: requests for Personal Protective Equipment

The department's guidance relating to requests for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has been updated to reflect the current restrictions in place in Victoria.

Requests for PPE can be made by residential care providers, Supported Residential Services providers, disability group homes, crisis and congregate residential homelessness services and other care settings.

Currently, priority is being given to facilities, programs and carers where there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19.

It is important to remember that if there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 within your facility, program or service you should expect delays in receiving your PPE due to the increase in demand.
