Streamlining performance monitoring – ceasing checklists

The department is progressing a number of projects which aim to build a more consistent and effective approach to how contracts are managed with funded agencies. Key to this work is the simplification of processes and tools that underpin performance management.

One of the first changes being implemented is to immediately cease using the Funded Organisation Performance Management Framework (FOPMF) checklists. Agency Performance and System Support (APSS) staff will continue to meet with funded agencies and will monitor the implementation of the service agreement in other, less onerous ways.
