Family recovery program

The Family Recovery Program has been established to provide state-wide support to culturally and linguistically diverse families who have experienced negative impact and disruption associated with COVID-19.

The eligible families have experienced a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, or been close or secondary contacts, and/or were required to self-isolate or quarantine at any time since February 2020. Cohealth (community service provider) will provide coordinated case management to support families for 3-months to overcome COVID- related interruptions to employment, education, and mental health.

Flexible funding is available to help achieve the family’s goals by enabling support to be flexibly, creatively, and quickly obtained.

Anyone can refer families to the program, via the fact sheet or by emailing frp@dffh.vic.gov.au.

The program is funded until June 30th, 2021.
